Fight Club
I believe this may be the only case. The Fight Club novel is better translated on sreen. As far as Jurassic Park and Dune goes, not so much in my opinion. Fight Club as a film is amazing.

Listening to the DVD audio commentary, the author would be inclined to agree! He even liked the movie's ending better
