Was looking for news about the movie Bullet to the Head and was surprised to see the Schmoes so down on it. Thomas Jane is a really decent actor, but for me always leaves something to be desired. I'm pumped about Sung Kang in the role, personally I think he's underrated with great star quality.
brmcd I'm with you Thomas Jane(I admit I have enjoyed some of his films) has never been a name to get me into a theater,I don't know if Sung Kang is either but its nice to see a Asian Guy getting a lead in a film who is American born.
The reason most of us are down on it is not because they(the producers of the film) replaced Jane, but rather how and why they did it. Thomas Jane tends to be rather beloved around these parts, yes. To see him lose the gig because he wasn't an "ethnic" partner is complete bullshit.

Definitely not a fan of Tom Cruise for the better part of the last decade but I absolutely want to see the new Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.

Haha! Brilliant status, I was once an optimist like you after finishing school. Then life returned to kick me in my ass and I've been ducking it ever since, trying to sneak in mo' movie time whenever possible. It can be tough sometimes though. Congrats by the way!

The only thing saving me from going stir-crazy at my desk are old AITH podcasts. Placement blows.
This is why i'm waiting for Blu. I'm always hesitant to check out remakes/reboots/re-whateveryouwanttocallem's in theaters.
