It is Saint Paddys Day to be sure,to be sure and i'm kinda thinking it might be a good idea to park myself in a bar and do what Irish folks do best fight.But my Irish blood is pretty much watered down(its great great grandparents) that i will probably just drink until i start seeing Leprechauns.

I see that Channing Tatum has joined the race to be Captain America,i'm not a fan but it would be fun to see him get it just to see the reaction.I reckon the backlash will be huge.

Happily surprised that Taika Waititi has been cast in Green Lantern as Hal Jordan's best friend,really only know the guy as a director who has directed episodes of Flight of the Conchords and the film Eagle vs Shark.He was also nominated for a Academy Award for his short film Two Cars,One Night.He does do a little acting mostly in his own films but this is a big step up.Oh yeah his latest film Boy played at this years Sundance fest.

i don't know about any one else but this year there seems to be more films coming out that i'm actually excited to see The Losers,Kick Ass,The Expendables,Iron Man2,Predators,Clash of the Titans,Jonah Hex,Inception and the list goes on.

Great start to the Rugby League season last night two highly entertaining games.I will always be a rugby man first but league ain't too far behind.Can't understand why these sports haven't really taken off in America,its big men slamming the fuck out of each other with out pads and helmets,and its all over in 80min.I think Russell Crowes Souths will win the league this year.

Have got home from seeing The Green Zone and its a slick looking film,not on par with the bourne films but to compare is unfair cause except for actor/director its a different type of film.If you go thinking Bourne in Iraq you will be disappointed.A solid Triller set in a war zone worth a look.

Should i stay or should i go,thinking about Going to see Green Zone in about half a hour.

I Think the sequel too Avatar should be Avatar Vs Aliens 3D,sure i know it ain't gonna happen but i would go see that and hey we are talking Fox so who knows down the track.

o.k The Fright Night remake has got their director Craig Gillespie but who will play Peter Vincent the cowardly horror movie actor/host played in the original by Roddy McDowall.If i was casting it i would go either Bruce Campbell or Jeffrey Combs.

On the NZ web site Trade Me some one is selling two vials containing Ghosts captured from some womans house.Believe it or not the price is now up to $5,000.Now horror script writers there is a good story in there somewhere cause if i was stupid enough to buy em, i would have to open one and maybe unleash a very pissed off spirit.
