Evening ended way earlier than I thought it would. Checking out Blue Valentine for the first time. From what I've heard, my mood probably won't change much.
Despite the strong performances from both Gosling and Williams, you're right, it was pretty damn depressing. I told this girl that I've gone out with a couple times that I like her and would like to date her. Well, she doesn't feel the same and wants to be just friends for now. So, no, not as depressing as the movie, but still kinda sucked.
That sucks. That's always the worst. But hey, at least she isn't marrying you so that you can raise someone else's kid.
