I did not care for DAREDEVIL back in 2003. Perhaps I should give the director's cut a shot...

The fan edit from here is definitely the best version I've seen -- http://fanedit.org/

I've found a bunch of great edits there, in fact.

Yes the directors cut is better and itll make you realize shit you didnt realize b4, like why the cops came after Kingpin seemingly randomly

I've always taken shit because I found that movie entertaining (if mainly for Colin with his natural accent... so sad they never made a Bullseye movie). *shrug*

I will check it out then. :) I enjoy Colin no matter what. He's always entertaining.

The Director's Cut is definetly worth checking out. Not only is there more material (there's a whole subplot with Matt Murdoch & Foggy defending a wrongly accused man played by Coolio(!) as well as some more hard violence and language) but there are actually scenes that have been removed from the theatrical version (most notably the love scene between Matt & Elecktra) also many scenes have been moved to other parts of the film.
That gives me an idea, you should make the topic of your next podcast about movies that have been offered in different versions (Director's Cuts, Unrated Cuts) and compare them to their theatrical counterpart.

Damn that topic would be a real undertaking. I might have to save that for when I have time to do it justice.
