My fiance was quick to point out after listening to the podcast that I am no longer #9 in top friend rank. Then again, maybe I had been drinking too much and thought I was #9. haha

BEATRIXKIDDO'S LATEST ACTIVITY
Dollhouse is done.
Your friend went to prom with the Dushku?! Your friend is amazeballs!
I hate to think that she's had any sort of surgery. It's quite sad when these gorgeous ladies feel the need to get any sort of enhancements.
I'm currently playing the video game WET, she does the voice of Rubi Malone, my new favorite fictional virtual character.

My friend Michelle went with her as a part of a group. Michelle's best gayfriend (a guy) was Eliza's date. This was right before she made her first guest spot on Buffy and she was really excited and kept on talking about it during the whole prom lol Back then she also had shoddy gaydar because she was shocked when her date told her he was gay he was really obvious with it LOL This was when she was still a good Mormon girl.
I go from perfectly normal to talkative near drunkard on the JoBlo Podcast. Good times.
I did not care for DAREDEVIL back in 2003. Perhaps I should give the director's cut a shot...
I will check it out then. :) I enjoy Colin no matter what. He's always entertaining.
The Director's Cut is definetly worth checking out. Not only is there more material (there's a whole subplot with Matt Murdoch & Foggy defending a wrongly accused man played by Coolio(!) as well as some more hard violence and language) but there are actually scenes that have been removed from the theatrical version (most notably the love scene between Matt & Elecktra) also many scenes have been moved to other parts of the film.
That gives me an idea, you should make the topic of your next podcast about movies that have been offered in different versions (Director's Cuts, Unrated Cuts) and compare them to their theatrical counterpart.
Damn that topic would be a real undertaking. I might have to save that for when I have time to do it justice.
In lieu of this evenings events, I'm wondering if I should do a mini-podcast for the weekend.
I heard your 2nd podcast.
Sad to say I have not been into comics since a young age but when I was little I read a lot of SPIDER-MAN and DAREDEVIL. As for music that I've been listening to a lot lately most of the music that catches my ears comes from movies and TV commercials. 5 songs that I've had in my head for the past couple of months are: "Running up that Hill" by Placebo (featured in the DAYBREAKERS trailer), "Kids" by MGMT, "Sometime Around Midnight" by The Airborne Toxic Event, "Hearing Damage" by Thom Yorke (one of the only good things to come out of NEW MOON), and "Home" by The Engineers (the song featured in the new opening credit sequence of the HBO series BIG LOVE).
As for movie remakes, It's a sad but true fact that if a movie is released before a person was born, odds are very strong that they have not seen it, let alone heard of it. So, studios feel that certain stories could pertain well for today's topical society. Plus, some remakes make an effort to stand parallel to the original with a alternate storyline which makes both films work equally.
That would be awesome. A nice touch for someone who's about to be buried in snow for the weekend (I live in DC and we're expected to get between 16 to 26 inches here, burying the city and shutting everything down for the weekend)
Jack- Thanks for listening! The comics world has become more vast and amazing, you should re-visit. "Running up that Hill" has been one of my faves as well. Remakes are along the same lines as 3D conversion, it's going to happen no matter what.
drc- If I decide to do it, it might be 15 mins long...hopefully that will be good. haha
Anyone here ever seen a film called THURSDAY? It was written/directed by Skip Woods, and starred Aaron Eckhart, Tom Jane, Paulina Porizkova, and James LeGros. My short story professor showed it in class and I was wondering if it was any good.
I've never seen it but I'm quite familiar with it. I know there's a scene where Poriskova has Tom Jane tied to a chair and she circling around him completly nude.
Apparently Paulina rapes one of the male characters, I'm assuming it's Jane, I could be wrong,
If it's entertaining and fun, I'm down. It's worth checking out because of the whole Jane/Eckhart look-a-like thing.

He could come back as Norman! As long as he wears the red cap I'm down.
I had a dream last night that me simply telling Danny McBride that I missed him in films lead to him asking me to marry him. Thus, revealing my secret crush on McBride.
Frank- A little TMI, but yay for good dreams! lol
Cherry- So, let me get this straight...if McBride and I would have gotten married then we would have been "dream sisters"?
LOL... seems like. I think I'd make a good white trash sister who kept threatening that I'd beat you up if you screwed over my brother.
I wish I had a solid hour to talk about LOST on the podcast, however, I don't know how many fans of the show actually listen to the cast. There's just so much to discuss from last night's episode! Parallel universes and shit!
oh good someone else picked up on the parallel universe thing. Please tell me you got the "hey richard. good to see you out of those chains" Cause I think I know what they meant
4got 2 say that I can't listen to the new podcast on itunes. Comp is fried...can barely do what im doin now :(
I've got about a million things I can discuss about Lost, things people apparently haven't picked up who write columns after every episode.
To Dr Frank bullshit as long as there is rock, there well always be cool front men,go and see a few pub bands ,the up and coming and the undiscovered. Since Hutchence there has been Kravitz,Eddie Vedder,Chris Cornell,Juilian Casablancas,Trent Reznor,Dave Grohl,Jon Toogood from Shihad to name a few, your naming legends which doesn't happen over night.I'm still going to gigs ,i'm still listening and there out there .
If anything I'd say Roth was the last of the glam showmen. There have been other amazing front men after Roth, but it got toned down when grunge hit. Brewsky is right though, it takes quite awhile to become legendary.
Beginning of the sixth season of LOST tomorrow! Expect the new episode to be brought up in the next podcast, if I get a chance to do it.
Just listened to your podcast and I have to say great job! Very entertaining keep it up
I'm sure it will be amazing. Bearded Andrew, you might have to blow your friend off unless you have a DVR. haha
Decayed! FAIL! lol It's not for everyone though. A lot of us happen to enjoy it, I can tell you for a fact that it's better than 90% of the shit that's on TV right now.
Dude- Thanks man! I really appreciate the listen. I'm glad everyone's digging it! Tryin' really hard to make it entertaining.

She has aged but kept her cute factor.
