Mate it's all about the £££ if I had more I'd be getting those, especially Hawkeye. Heard a lot of good things about that book. Defo wanna read some Thor. You know if there's any trades available of the current good stuff with him?
I am completely out of the Marvel loop at the moment. I should get back in at some point. I'm just doing Aquaman, Batgirl, Green Lantern (no matter how meh it gets I won't abandon it) and Fairest. I'll just back into Marvel eventually.
@Anakin, I totally get the money thing, just had to drop some titles. The newest thor is only 8 issues in so they prolly havent been collected yet.

They almost made an Assassin's Creed fighting game so there is hope!

Dude, I'll get you a DVD copy of any of these movies + my copy of IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS if you can acquire a UK DVD for me.
^What do you want Yoshio and I'll see if I can help you out? ;)
@Grelber No I haven't. I haven't even heard of that film mate.

I've read Dark Knight Returns and it's sequel. I used to own them but I gave them away to a friend (I'm awesome like that :p haha)
Anakon- That's is prob the best way to get someone into comics. I've done that before to my friend. I gave home a Walking Dead trade
hahaha I kind of regret it. I gave him the Dark Knight trades AND the first introduction of Harley Quinn which is selling for quite a bit on Ebay now :( I've told him he can never sell it though. haha

I'm a fan of sexy Eileen Galvin.

She's literally the girl-next-door type.
There's a comic fair coming up here in two weeks. I'm gonna have a look and see if the sellers have some vintage stuff which can help explain this Crisis, After Crisis, Final Crisis stuff :/ before my head explodes!! haha
#6 You make a very, very good point. From a writing p-o-v, Robin became Nightwing partially because the evolution was in his story's best interest. Meanwhile, Batman does not seemingly age because keeping him the same age was in _his_ story's best interest.
However, I shall posit this idea. Robin has to age. Robin is the boy wonder who becomes the teen titan who becomes a man. In fact, some stories have Dick Grayson become eventually Batman when Bruce Wayne retires (The Dark Knight Rises kind of goes in that direction). A boy must age into a man over twenty years. On the other hand, Batman is a man, an adult, when he Robin is a boy. Any person stays an adult for a longer period of time, and the person does not change as much as a boy does over twenty years. Therefore, Bruce might have adopted Dick when Mr. Wayne was twenty-five, and he looks about the same at forty-five.
If nothing else, remember, Batman likes disguises. Who says that he does not disguise his age? As Alexander Knox says in Batman-1989, "Bruce Wayne. More like Bruce VAIN."
I don't know. I am exhausted after work today. Sometimes, a nerd just wants to speculate and babble.

That was the UK S.E. they did for T2. It was boss, you got T1 and T2 and a booklet. I loved it.

like in Superman Returns? I guess I don't remember it... I mean I remember that Lois had a kid... but I thought it was Cylclops' kid? Or was it Kent's?
You don't remeber? Really? haha. Well that just speaks volumes about that film. All you need to know then mate is that there was a reveal regarding the kid, really on the nose and it was total shite. Best forgotten.

#3 The thirteenth Friday the 13th has to happen. Fate dictates. Also, the film has its gimmick automatically. It is the thirteenth Friday the 13th.
#4 Yeah well, I would watch Halloween 3 on DTV. DTV does not always mean bad. For example, Halloween is a slasher. Often, a DTV can be unrated and offer more of the good stuff. The Hatchet franchise has great success via home release (granted, Hatchet 2 tried a theatrical release).
7 I can see for sure... but with that I don't think it'll be a surprise, at least not over here!!
10 I could see

I'm close to dropping SUPERNATURAL altogether, still have like 6 unwatched episodes on my DVR. It's just been going in circles since season 5, and while the occasional episode is good, overall it's been very repetitive and monotonous to get through.
I finished S7 of Supernatural and it was a chore at times. For sure. There were still some solid episodes but not enough to even make me care what happens in S8. More so after S7 cliffhanger which just felt like the one from S3 :/
Kind of lost interest in Misfits once the core cast got dropped. Just not interested in the newer people.

Thor deserves the #2 spot. His film might be even better than Iron Man. His setting fascinates in particular. And potentially, the Dark World plot will have much to do with Thanos's arrival on Midgard.
Hatchet 3 merits its mention on your list. True horrorheads want to see it.
I completely forgot about machete kills! I can't wait to see that one. Although the first one wasn't the greatest I did have a lot of fun with it.
2, 5 woot woot! Lookin forward to seein the boys again with 10 as well. And 9 looks surprisingly hilarious and awesome. Will be takin moms to 6 I think too!

@timmyd no mate, of course not :) Personally I just dug it a lot more than Cabin. Not to say I disliked Cabin.

and I couldn't agree more about Andrea, she's basically supplanted Lori as the worst character on the show and I cringe every time she pops up on screen.
The worst part about all of this is that she's one of my favorite characters in the comics too.
Andrea in the comics is my warrior woman. It's dumb, but I actually had a crush on her for a while. A one dimensional drawing had me smitten. Go fig.
Andrea in the show is a moron, a yuppy, and a tool. I will never forgive AMC for turning her in to this idiot.
I got both from Amazon UK. £11.99 each, down from £19.99. Indy wasn't THAT cheap even with the Black Friday deal. It's normally £39.99 but I got it for £29.99 still I was more than happy to pay that for such a great box set.
Solid haul, man! I'm jealous that you got the Indiana Jones set. They had it on sale at Best Buy for $49.99, but I didn't think that was much of a discount, so I decided to pass on it. I'm kind of regretting it now. At least I have the DVD set! :D
^Hey, you'll probably find it even cheaper after the New Year mate. If I had them on DVD I probs would have waited too.

Not big on Hardy in the SW universe myself... I don't know how 5 would work haha but it would be awesome to see, same thing with 6 (though that whole Star Trek Scottie thing might be even weirder than JJ directing....). I think 7 and 8 are too big of faces/names to be in there personally I just think they'd be distracting.
4 and 10 I think have a very cool/suitable look! Though I've never heard of either aside from seeing 4 in Dexter this season, maybe that's a good thing though for SW
Hardy would make a gr8 Darth Vader imo. (my wish is to have ep.s IV V VI remade! I know that is taboo for most) Having said that --->
SHARLTO COPLEY TOM HARDY KEVIN BACON SCOUT TAYLOR-COMPTON BILLY ZANE BELLA HEATHCOTE SAM WORTHINGTON and FOREST WHITAKER

Pheobe Cates and the 1980's go together like peanut butter and jelly or ham and cheese or Lennon and McCartney. The Young Ones: I saw that on TV a few times. Definitely nothing on TV like it.

You find an original angle for the horror genre. In its own way, Terminal Retirement would be a contrasting companion piece to Cocoon.
Great job.

#1 - it's fun to write a review of something you really didn't like, and going by my stats and feedback they're the most popular reading material.
@G-Funk: You've done research on bad reviews? How did you do that?
@Anakin: I agree with 3 and 6. The rest I can understand.
If I see a movie and don't like it I'll trash it, and I think that's fine. But I do agree that there is definitely an OVERBOARD point and some people just take it way too far and go on way too long with disliking a movie. Dude, fine you don't like it, just move on to something you enjoy.
2 - I like em, and actually don't get the ABSOLUTE LOVE for the original trilogy actually (not to say I dislike those movies just to be clear)
4 - agreed
8 - disagree. Totally. One of the richest people on the planet (well at least in cinema) and he's actually doing good with his money. I mean yeah adopting kids and stuff that's good, nothing against that, but he's actually doing stuff for the environment which should be a top priority all around. Good for him and I hope he keeps it up!
9 - huh? lol

but great list man lol love 8,19,20,23,28, especially and really want to get 26

Right? hahaha, no disrespect to anyone who DOES clap though. I get it. Just not something which is the norm here.

Thanks guys. I'm holding off buying newer titles as there are a shit load of classics I love and want in my collection.

I've been recording Revenge but haven't started it yet. I really want to as well.

Based on a list by wallcrawler383

I sure do, why you want me to beat you up? hahaha Actually, Righteous could tell you I'm not much of a challenge at all. haha
oh yeah I'm afraid to play him too lol, I'm not very good at fighting games when I'm against the best of the best online and stuff but I still like playing them. What's your PSN I'll add you?

I'm bored at work and going through people's old lists. OMG this made me laugh so hard haha

Psylocke could so easily have been just another relic from the 80's/90's as a lot of writers don't know what to do with her BUT in the right hands she's fantastic.

Put it this way,"Dark Shadows!!!" I can cruise thru the remainder of the year now. That was my #1. Hollywood has kicked out lots of fanboy feed this 2012. Good year!

A bit too late on Adventures of Babysitting. The Sitter pretty much did that only ten times as horrible.

Cheers bud. Had fun doing them then got sad thinking it'll never be reality! haha

^ Noooooo mate. You haven't played this one I guess? Jessica is quite the character.
i started playing and stopped. i liked this game to. i think ima have to fire it up again, its criminal that i don't finish it.
Er yeah it is ^^. Defo need to finish it mate. One of the best in the series IMO.
How far did you get? There's some killer twists and turns in the last few chapters. Jaw dropping stuff, lol.
Raid mode is beyond addictive too.

This is the only Resident Evil game I've played and I think everyone here is a good choice. Like the inclusion of Guill.
Guill needs a break out and I think if she dyed her hair she'd be good to go for this.

Nice choices here. I never thought of Edgerton for Redfield but it's not a bad choice at all. I also really like Winstead as Claire.

I can't wait to see what you do with Code: Veronica :) That one is one of my favourites of the franchise!
Yeah totally. I never said they made her look geeky. They make her look younger. haha. I called myself a geek! Mix up?

^ Was in the first Anderson film as a cameo. Yeah he'd be boss but I wasn't allowing myself to retain any cast from the current series of films.
Probably a wise choice.
I've become a fan of Isaacs due to AWAKE. Could've sworn he was going to return in the new movie as Birkin but, guess not.

What annoys me is that I have a funny feeling Jill will be killed off in the new film seeing as she's now the main bad guy and when you think about it, it's like a twisted poetic justice that Milla ends up destroying the real star of the series. hahaha. How bad is that?
And she's blond to boot! Umbrella must have stock in hair dye in the apocalypse.

@Grelber37 I hope so too mate. I have my fingers crossed they don't mess it up.

#10 Stewie is a witty, fun little guy.
Thanks for posting this list like others did awhile back. We Schmoes know you now a bit better.

My dad was never big into the cinema (luckily for me my mum and a few of my brothers were so I usually went with them) but Addams Family did the trick, lol, he was more excited than I was. Both of us loved 'em .
Yeah I know what you mean, my dad was the same way. I'm actually trying to think of other movies besides JP and Battle L.A. we went to see.

Nice.
The only celebrity I can recall ever getting tweeted back by was Jeri Ryan.

I just want them to drop it. Enough is enough already. The original Halloween was over 30 years ago, let's move on. How about Trick R Treat 2!
No dude, aww no way. The Shape is inconic and despite quite a few duds they could do a killer seasonel slasher with him. Just forget the whole Laurie Strode shit and move on. :) Agreed on Trick 'r Treat 2. It's the selfish fanboy in me. When I hear about the guy who wrote that talking up his other passion projects I wanna shake him and yell "No one cares mate, just keep making Trick ' Treats" haha

#1 & #2 and #5 & #6 are distinct binaries. You must have a very balanced mind ;)
#4 & #9 go together also. If you don't like liars, then you wouldn't want to be one professionally, now would you?
Thanks. I'd like to think I have balanced mind but the reality is I don't. Sadly. haha

I am sooooo excited! Helena did look like Claire which bugged me, but whatevs. I'm also kind of glad Sherry is back, i was wondering what happened to her. The game looks sooo much smoother now to which is a good thing.
Haha^ Mate I'm glad Sherry is back too and kicking ass I may add. I'm just bitter Jill isn't in it.
Yeah im curious about Jill but even more curious about Claire. I liked Claire and she's gotten the least exposure out of all of them

I don't see how it could even work. I mean a show a week I just don't see it happening, just because of the writing. So much of Scream to me is the parody nature of it all, and there's just no way they can stay true to that week after week, I just don't see it...

cool list man *snag* lol
don't think there'll be anything that can top Elm Street for me either!

omg how can you guys remember this stuff haha maybe I smoke too much weed
And I remember seeing Buffy the Vampire Slayer too, that was one fun movie. I love it!

I LOOOOOVE this list. 1,2,3 that would be my ranking as well :D

Great list. Batman Forever would be on my list. Die Hard With a Vengence was just immense at the cinema!

I loved Melrose Place back in the 90´s, also Bevelry Hills was a must and California Dreams was awesome.

I still have some of these, and would still play with them if only if my SNES worked.
You can pick up the console by itself quite cheap on Ebay buddy. I'd go for it!

Disagree. I like Ash because she seems real.
Not as much as Tali though.

@Cochise mate I had a look at the wikki page and in order to save Jack you have to make all these different choices. TBH it would be pure luck if you managed to save her without knowing how before hand. From what I gather - don't quote me on this though - you have to
- Get on her good side.
-Do her loyalty mission
-Side with her when she has the fight with Miranda
-Sleep with her and ONLY her.
There was also somthing about doing her and Miranda's loyaly mission in a particular order. Before the fight or after the fight. Lol. See, pure chore.
geez lol that is specific, no wonder. I was all excited I beat the thing and was running away from the blowing up ship when... oh look, Jack's body, goddammit! lol fun game though! you picking up the 3rd soon? I think I might
Yes bud. I'm gonna make a start on 3 tomorrow. I had to get a new PS3 a few weeks ago and Mass Effect 3 came free with it. I picked up part 2, decided to clear that first. Can't wait to make a start on 3.

Awesome character! She's motivated to do ANYthing to get to the top. Hmm...

Just stupid stuff - you know like when your on a site and you read about a movie with tons of buzz so I just do a blind buy, then a lot of the time regret it and think I would have been better off buying Goodfella's!

I read some interviews - this is just me guessing - but she was chatting trash, warranted or not about past jobs and I think it could have burnt some bridges, hence the lack of roles.
I don't have a problems with anyone complaining about their job but there is the right way to go about such things. If that's what happened.

wow, had no idea Kim Cattrall is from Liverpool. I would never have guessed it.
Yep. She still comes back quite a bit. It's funny hearing her do the accent.

boss selection man! Though I've never even heard of rival schools united by fate.
Righteous it's by Capcom. It was a FANTASTIC game mate, never played nothing like it since it's release. A real shame the series didn't continue. Check it out on Youtube.

Disagree on Brian Austin Green. I don't hate him so much anymore but he still sucks at acting.
Excellent list man! While I also disagree with Austin Green (Laid to rest 2 gave me what I needed to know) the rest are solid (although I haven't seen Clarkson in anything either so whatever).
Yes.. I miss you too Michael Keaton.

Dude, we're about on the same page here with Aliens, GTA, Tomb Raider and The Last Story.. but please, tell me more of this South Park RPG- I'm totally in the dark with that one.
South Park buddy! Lol, It's meant to be like this open world -World of Warcraft type of game but it's really, really, UN-PC. Like if you are offended by stuff stay the hell away. I couldn't stop laughing when I was reading about it. You pick character classes - well you'll have to check them out for yourself to see what I mean- and then go off into the world and play the game. If it plays as good as it sounds then it's gonna be a classic.

1.= no problem w/that! Good series. I caught it at the Ritz and bought it on DVD.
3. Saw it 4 times? between Drive-In and The Ritz theater. Gr8 remake! (Hailee has a great future in film ahead of her.)
7. & 8. = Loved 'em! Have 'em on Blu-ray.
9. Not bad..I saw it in 3D(?) at Carmike over Summer.
I really like this list a lot. I need to see Scream 4 and Thor really soon.

Nah. It's defo going theatrical. I think that listing was from when the film was meant to be out in November. BluRay.com probs never got around to updateing the info.

Really want Flight of the Navigator as well, haven't got the DVD so I wanna hold off. I'm sure they'll release it when the inevitable remake happens.
I've been holding off on #13 for a blu-ray release.. and I'm dying for Indy and Jaws on blu!
I'm really mad at myself for not seeing Drive. I read the script earlier in the year and it blew me away. Shit. :(

Out of all of the above I would have dug seeing #7 play out. Sure the idea of Tina was pretty OTT but it gave an epic showdown in The New Blood and I would have dug Jason and Tina having another go around.
I'm digging these lists big-time , I thought the '' SCREAM '' Trivia list was great , and this baby is all kinds of awesome . GREAT STUFF !!

#1 You impress the hell out of people by finding that VHS cover--even if you found it on-line.
#5 & #6 Nice symmetry. A genre fan needs Batman forever in his life.

Based on a list by wallcrawler383
I always wanted to try out that Virtual Boy, that seemed so interesting to give a shot.

Nice list!
Personally though, I'd love for Katie Featherston to be anywhere in the vicinity of MY bed. ;-)

Alright man, thanks for making me want to relive all these songs again lol. It's hard to single anyone of these out but I have fond memories of 7 and 10.

I like Chris as well. Her chase scene in the end is one of the best in the entire series. It just goes on for AGES! Brilliant. I put Megan first 'cause normally her character would be one of the first to go. One of the more fun and original final girls.

* Left out more recent shows like Spartacus and Boardwalk due to them being pretty new.Made an exception for Thrones seeing as I've read 'em and know the characters.
i LOVE Taylor Townsend especially in season 4. i always cried when her mom scowled at her during that overnight retreat and seth feels sorry for her :(

Sounds like they may be bringing No. 11 back to the market through PSN/XBLA and even iPad maybe! :D

Based on a list by wallcrawler383
I woke up with #14--HATE them and i dislike that picture on this list haha

@Derek237 most of the times with my lists matey I just lash 'em down as they come to mind. It's not really me sayin it's the 21st most important flick. Every film on that list is equally as important, well maybe JP beats them all but the rest are all equal-ish lol.

1 - yes! Bring Englund back and give me another!!
2 - give it a reboot, why not!
3 - give me the sequel with Sam Elliot AND Jeff Goldblum, one last time!
4 - meh, not really into another...
5 - actually never heard of that one lol
6 - they've had enough sequels that proved that there's no where to go with it. Just treasure the first movie like I do ;)
7 - why not, wouldn't be jumping at it but why not
8 - yep, I'm down for a third!!
9 - not sure how they would pull it off, but I'm always down for another R rated shark movie!
10 - it's coming! lookin forward to it!
11 - if anything I expect a reboot, which I definitely wouldn't say no to watching
12 - don't think it could be any good... once again, treasure the first ;)
13 - don't see this one going anywhere either, love the original though!
14 - I heard it's actually in the works... super interested to see it!
#6 Really mate?I think that series has tons of potential. The book has a lot of ideas ripe for exploration in further flicks. I doub't they'll do another big budget one but still...

Oh man, another great list.. I forgot all about those Ghostbusters action figures.

Hey buddy he made the list! Lol, I like the guy but his hair annoy's me. I get the impression he spends more time looking after his perfect hair do than slaying ghouls. Chris is the original and in my opinion the best!
Wow "Resident Evil 4" was the shit and Part 5, And Jack Krauser had an amazing role in the game too.
Mini-Me has played RE4 countless times. I like to watch and Leon is perfect!

It's mainly due to our old docks, ship yards etc. We double for Chicago, New York and Victorian London a lot. lol.

Ive been crying for a lot of these games to come back for years, epically Double Dragon.
YES! Love 80's style beat'em ups. Head bands, high tops, and chains oh my. You just gotta add one more title to this list.

Based on a list by wallcrawler383
Resident Evil,Super Mario,Street Fighter,Mortal Kombat & Sonic all are my favorites I grew up Playing.
Yep, all such great games. Did you ever play Yoshi's Island on the Snes? I loved that game, lol
@Anakin yeah that game to was good and I still think I have that game in the storage.

@RoseBug61 You should do a list! It takes a while, (mine did anyway) but it's fun going over what films came out what year etc! So many memories :)

I'm only dipping in and out of Dredd at the moment. But it's so out there in such a great creative way. It's unreal. Very good stuff.

I do like her but I like those abover her more. Don't ge me wrong, this series if full of great characters.
Sidney would be my number one =] and she'd be followed by Tatum, Kirby, and Gale! ^_^ I love these four badass women!
Great list!

I think I'm the ONLY one who would place Nancy at 1 and Freddy at 2 =P
What can I say? I love a strong horror heroine!
Love this list

Psylocke is such a bad ass and she kicked Wolverine's ass on several occasions ;)

Giles <3. No one can hate Giles.
