SHERLOCK HOLMES and CRAZY HEART were a great way to spend the day off. HOLMES was pretty fun but I really dug the hell out of CRAZY HEART. Jeff Bridges playing guitar and singing just puts a smile on my face. Damn good soundtrack to boot.

After finally getting all the moving done and every damn thing I have put away, I'm totally catching a double feature today - SHERLOCK HOLMES and CRAZY HEART. Should be good times. I expect to be the only one in the theater for both flicks.
Finally got LEGO BATMAN/PURE in the mail from the man, the myth, the legend that is FatLuggage. Can't wait to play the hell out of it this weekend. Come on Friday...
I started reading this and was like, 'Holy shit.' Then when it changed all of a sudden, I felt the same way that guy did.
Me too. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face when I got to that third paragraph. What does that say about me?
I love anyone who can incorporate a Mitch reference. Props to that dude.
The ending fight scene of THE LAST DRAGON

dude i grew up watching this movie all the time!!! this is an awesome film. Whenever I think of someone starting to persevere and rise up against the bad guys this scene and the song pop up in to my head...lol
Ernie Reyes Jr. (Keno from TMNT II) was in this movie too
Holy Sh*t. An 80's-style theme song to EVENT HORIZON? Yes, please!

This has been stuck in my head since I first listened to it. Event Hori-zoooooooooonnnn!
Got back from seeing THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS. How anyone doesn't like this flick boggles my mind. Terrific performances, amazing direction, Lily Cole looking lovely and f*ckin' Tom Waits. Good times.
im gonna get around to watching...hopefully soon. Now that ive gotten a few looks at Lily Cole (legs for days) she is an added bonus to all the other actors in the movie
Side note : Lily Cole plays a 16 year old in the movie. I was very, very conflicted....
One of the reasons I started watching COMMUNITY is the outright adorableness of Alison Brie. That woman is the total package.
This list really made me think twice about these flicks:

The FERRIS BUELLER as a Brat Pack FIGHT CLUB theory kind of blew me away, but the RADIO FLYER one just bummed me out.
The Black Keys - Just Got To Be
Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBPGm4Fbo0Q
Goddamn, almost a week straight of writing and recording and I now realize half my songs sound just like The Black Keys. Oh well, at least I'm in good company. Now to get down to some movie watchin'.....
If you can, then check out Blakroc. It's The Black Keys featuring a bunch of hip-hop heavies. Pretty damn good.

I woke up with this song in my head this morning, hopefully I can get it stuck in someone else's as well.
