Well, after only about a month trying out the Blockbuster Mail-In Movie Service, I think I'm headed back to Netflix. Yeah..Blockbuster has no upcharge on Blu-Ray, has video games and releases their movies on time (Netflix allegedly takes 28 days to get their movies in), but the wait time on these DVD's is absurd. Not only does it take them a good five days or so to mail in their discs that you order, but most of the DVD's and games are on hold for so long that it really isn't even worth it. HEED MY WARNING, COMRADES!

If there is anything that we have more than enough of in this world, it's the "found footage" horror films. While movies like Cloverfield and Rec. used the technique to their advantage, it wasn't until the grossly successful Paranormal Activity franchise came out that studio execs, like an underage runaway, starting whoring the idea out. While I think movies that use this method really can be good depending how it's used (Lake Mungo, District 9) the bad surely weighs out the good with shit like Diary of the Dead, Paranormal Entity, The Last Broadcast and the most recent The Devil Inside.
