Congrats, Giants. You've bested us yet again. Now I just have to schedule a flight to South America to get my Patriots Super Bowl Champions t-shirt.

Kinda wish someone let me know there was a post-credits scene in The Grey.

Documentary Update: "Blessed Is the Match: The Life and Death of Hannah Senesh" Hannah, with small group of other Jewish volunteers from Palestine, parachuted into Nazi-occupied Europe for the only military rescue mission for Jews to take place during WWII. The doc recounts Hannah's life and the effects she had on those around her. I highly recommend it.
Documentary Update: "Please Remove Your Shoes" is about the government's efforts (or lack thereof) to prevent aircraft-based terrorism, both pre- and post-9/11. It's informative and infuriating, both to the viewers and the people getting interviewed in the movie.
Almost started to revisit The Dark Knight for the first time since it was in theaters...then I remembered I still had the Moreno/Law commentary to listen to for Pulp Fiction. That was a close one.
Although I love The Dark Knight, you made the right choice good sir.
Haywire at 11:45 at AMC Theaters and Underworld: Awakening at 1:45 at Flagship Cinemas. Let's see if I can make this work.
Made it to the 2nd theater a minute before the movie started. Success!
I don't remember The Patriot being this long a movie. What have I gotten myself into?
Oh, Chris Cooper's name just came up in the opening credits. It's already better than I remembered.
Good movie. Now I need to try not to obsess over Lisa Brenner. I promise nothing.
Documentary Update: "Sleep Furiously" takes place in a small farming town in Wales where technology is ever on the verge of making the community's traditional farming methods obsolete. The film follows the normal goings-on of the community (the school house, children's choir, farming, mobile library visits, sheep herding), giving the viewer a (possibly last) glimpse at how this small town went about its business. What struck me the most was how beautifully-shot the film was. The imagery is just gorgeous at times.

Haha.
