If you lived in the Chicago suburbs we have one. Actually I'm going to it tonight.
It would have to be a) a big game that most people own and b) a game that can accommodate a bunch of players at one time.
The short list is - HALO 3, MODERN WARFARE 2 (which I don't own), GEARS OF WAR 2, BURNOUT PARADISE, or SUPER SMASH BROTHERS BRAWL (also, I don't have).

I would love to do a community board game get together here where I live if I could get some people out. There are some killer board games out there now.
